What We Do — and What We Deliberately Don't

Most consultancies grow by saying yes to everything. We grew a different way: by keeping the catalogue deliberately narrow and getting very good at three things. Here is what they are — and, just as importantly, what we choose not to do.

1. AI voice agents

A phone line that always answers. The agent picks up every call, speaks naturally, qualifies the caller, books directly into your calendar and escalates to a human when it should. For businesses that live and die by the phone — trades, clinics, property, hospitality — missed calls are missed revenue, and this closes the gap permanently.

A typical project runs £4,500 – £14,000 depending on complexity: the systems it must talk to, the rules it must follow, the edge cases it must handle gracefully.

2. Website design & build

Fast, accessible websites that earn their keep — including taking payments the way UK rules require. Built as a defined project: designed, developed, tested, documented and handed over with everything you need to own it outright. No page-builder sprawl, no surprise hosting dependencies, no "call us if you want to change a headline."

Typical projects run £2,500 – £10,000.

3. AI training & coaching

We teach your team to use AI from zero, on your own work — real documents, real processes, real cases — and then decide together what is actually worth adopting. The output is not a slide deck; it is a team that uses these tools every day, plus a sober list of what to automate next and what to leave alone.

Typical programmes run £1,800 – £9,500.

What we deliberately don't do

  • Open-ended retainers. Every engagement is a defined project with a start, an end and an acceptance test.
  • Technology for its own sake. If automation does not fit your process, we will say so — that is precisely what the initial consultation is for.
  • Lock-in. If our disappearing tomorrow would break your business, we have built it wrong.

Every project starts the same way: a £200 initial consultation, credited in full against any project commissioned within 30 days. You describe the process; we give you a considered view on whether automation fits. Sometimes the most valuable thing we say is "don't."
